  • EII acquired its treasury investment units during the period from January 16, 2025 to April 9, 2025 through market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange pursuant to a discretionary transaction agreement with a securities company regarding the purchase of its treasury investment units. The acquired 20,000 investment units were all cancelled on May 30, 2025, in accordance with a resolution adopted at the meeting of EII’s Board of Directors held on May 22, 2025.
