In accordance with the Investment Trusts Act, certain matters concerning investment corporations (amendment of the Articles of Incorporation, election and dismissal of Executive Officer and Supervisory Director, Financial Auditor, etc.) are resolved at the General Meeting of Unitholders, which is comprised of unitholders.
The General Meeting of Unitholders of EII is to be held in Tokyo as stipulated in the Articles of Incorporation.

The next General Meeting of Unitholders will be held on February, 2026.
